A new way of hiking

Explore the appealing landscape of Alta Badia at the pace of speed hiking. You will be able to change style, rhythm and speed depending on the type of slope and ground. Train body and mind in sync, develop physical and mental endurance.

With Speed Hiking you will walk along paths that will take you to uncontaminated places where you will experience a renewed sense of freedom. The equipment is limited to a bare minimum, just your desire to explore.

Speed, lightness and physical enhancement

Keep track of your heartbeat while walking faster and put to the test the effectiveness of speed hiking with regard to oxygenation, cardiovascular capabilities and the training of the muscles of the legs and back.

Equipment: running shoes and water flask; walking poles and heart rate monitor will be provided
Price: € 5,00 (the cable car ride up and down is not included in the price)
